Description
My goal in creating this brand identity was to showcases the luxury offerings of the client while also creating a warm and approachable image that appeals to potential buyers. The brand has a luxury logo that conveys exclusivity and sophistication. The logo is simple and timeless, with a color palette that is warm and friendly. The use of white, gold, and pastel colors is effective in creating a luxurious yet approachable image.

In the initial phases, the client was uncertain about the exact direction they wanted to take with their brand identity, aside from desiring originality. Subsequently, I undertook extensive research and employed my creative skills to devise a suitable solution.

Through my presentation of logo ideas and mood board exercises the client was able to identify their desire for a logo that conveys the essence of luxury real estate while still exuding a warm and inviting vibe.

The deliverables included logo design, color palette, typography, and brand guidelines. The brand guidelines should include guidelines for the use of all of these elements. The brand guidelines also illustrated the tone and voice of the brand, as well as guidelines for any marketing materials that will be produced.
